The first day is almost over and the kids are having a good time. Several have had a sugar high at Beechworth and doubled the economy of Beechworth.
Winds picked up at St Kilda Beach and thankfully no one was blown away, except for Darcy's dinner. At least the seagulls were fed.
We are in for some rough seas but the manufacturers of travelcalm have also struck it lucky with the line up many students took to get their personal share.
